Returns & Tradeout Policy

Terp8 is committed to the success of our retail partners, and we believe that's what best for our retail partners is what's best for us.

Did it turn out that our disposable dab pens are more popular with your customers than our vape cartridges? No problem, we make it easy for our partners to tradeout products/strains -- just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and as long as the products are unopened and sealed, we'll be happy to exchange those products for whatever you'd like from our product line (buyer responsible for shipping). We want to reduce your risk and increase your bottom line.

Only damaged or defective products are eligible for refunds, and any returns must be approved by Terp 8 prior to shipping the item(s) back to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return/tradeout an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Coupon Codes & Sales

Only one coupon code is applicable per order.  If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order! If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed.  Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!

 

Shipping

We ship all orders via FedEx (either 2 business day shipping or ground shipping). U.S. Orders $1000 and above are eligible for FREE shipping! 

If the carrier service has lost your package, or your package was tampered with before you received it, please contact the carrier service directly prior to contacting us.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours, no orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays.  Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. 

 

When will I receive my order after it ships?

Most of our orders ship via FedEx with an average shipping time of 2-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up. Please contact FedEx directly if you have any concerns regarding the timeframe for your shipment delivery prior to contacting us.
